Pt does not like how her front teeth at the sides stick out
The patient is a mild class 2 skeletal pattern, with high FMPA and increased FH. The lips are incompetent with an obtuse nasiolabial angle.
The incisors are a class 2 div 2 with an OJ of about 2 mm and an increased, complete OB. The mid lines are ok and seem to match
The teeth are aligned buccally in the upper and lower arches but has mild crowding in the upper and lower labial segments - UL2 buccally displaced by 4mm
Molars on the LHS and the RHS are class 2. The canines on the LHS and RHS are class 2.
I was thinking that this case requires extractions of the upper 4's and lower 5's - will get the canines into class 1 and create space - upper and lower fixed with some class 2 elastics ??
