(still waiting for study models - will add as soon as they are back - sorry about the photos - I left my nurse to take them - not so great)

Pt isn't overly bother by her teeth but mother does not like them - pt open to braces though

The patient is a mild class 2 skeletal pattern, with high FMPA and increased FH. The lips are incompetent with an obtuse nasiolabial angle.

The incisors are a class 2 div 1 with an OJ of about 6mm and an average OB. The mid lines are ok and seem to match

There is mild crowding in the lower labial segment but aligned in the lower buccal segment. there is mild crowding in the upper buccal segment and then the teeth are aligned in the upper labial segment. the UR 5/4 are causing an early contact and a slight cross bite.

Molars on the RHS appears to be half unit class 2 and the LHS are class 1. The canines on the LHS and RHS are a quarter unit class 2.

I think that we could get away with just placing upper and lower fixed on here with no extractions?? potentially some IPR maybe needed ?????
