Pt does not like how there is one tooth that sits further back on the upper teeth
The patient is a mild class 2 skeletal pattern, with a high FMPA and an increased FH. The lips are competent and full with an obtuse nasiolabial angle.
The incisors are a class 1 with an OJ of 4mm and an average OB. The centre lines upper appears to be to be to the left on by around 2mm
There is severe crowding in the upper labial segment and mild crowding in the lower labial segment. The buccal segment on the upper and lowers are aligned.
Molars on the LHS and the RHS are class 2. The canines on the LHS and RHS are class 2.
I was thinking extract the upper 4's and lower 5's - upper and lower fixed with class 2 elastics ????
