Hi Ian,

15 yr old with class 1 skeletal base, normal facial profile (FMPA, FH). Class 1 buccal with class 2d2 incisors (reduced OJ, inc OB). mod crowding U/L. narrow upper buccal corridor and overly prominent laterals (patient main concern is this 'flat' appearance of front 4 teeth). bilateral crossbite U4s.

Aims - keep class 1 buccal, achieve class 1 incisors and correct crowding, relieve crossbites U4s.

Plan: non extr, U/L fixed.

Is that right? Thanks.
