interesting in that if we didnt go for full alignment of the canines - just tucked them in then IPR would do..... fixed would fully de rotate but aligners wouldnt...
and they would ';look' straight .... if they where tucked in...
so I d say go for invisalign and tuck the canines in to make them look straight from front and reduce IPR and even a lower incisor removal....
sounds daft but I reckon it will do the trick and keep him happy

This 28 year old male is concerned with his upper incisor crowding, he would prefer invisalign if possible but will consider fixed appliances if necessary.
Mild/moderate class 3 sk base (beard is distracting!)
Increased LFH
History if fractured mandible
Incisors class 1, OJ 2mm, OB 2mm
Canines class 3 1/4 and uppers proclined
Molars R class1, L class 3 1/4 unut
Crowding uppers moderate, lowers mild/moderate
LL12 ? vitality, no pa path but sclerosis of the RCS in each

Not sure if this is a lower incisor extraction case or could IPR alone be enough?
Maybe need a set up?
